Apple Tree Fertilizer Fertilization Point

 

1. Basal application of fertilizer – Fertilize before root becomes active

If basal application of fertilizer is late, risk of defect and epinasty rises since fertilizer response will appear late.

3. Thanksgiving fertilization – Replenishes consumed nutrients after fruit harvest

Fertilize by considering the fruit setting amount and tree vigor and skip fertilizing for trees with strong tree vigor.

After harvest - Soil application with NK CALMA 100KG/1ha + soil application with NUTRI POWER 100KG/1ha

 

Various Physiological Disorders and Problems in Cultivation that Occur During Apple Cultivation

 

1. Excessive nitrogen prevention: Vulnerable to succulent growth, defective blooming, defective coloring, and pests

Main causes are late basal fertilization and excessive organic fertilizer -

2. Standardized fruit and large fruit production – Activate blooming, pollination, fruit setting period cell division

3. Russeting prevention – A phenomenon in which cork cell forms due to internal and external stimulation because the cuticle layer that protects the fruit skin is in undeveloped state

4. Bitter Pit, corkspot prevention – Mainly occurs in trees with strong tree vigor, occurs when calcium content in the fruit skin is lower than 400ppm

Calcium absorption is fast and the required amount is large during the young fruit period - Foliar spraying with POLYCAB 1000x + irrigation with CALSTAR GOLD 30L/1ha

 

5. Dehiscent fruit prevention – Mainly occurs at the pedicel part, a symptom due to moisture unbalance

Increase the buffer power by improving the physical property of the soil - Soil application with CERES (4-2-1+70% organic matter) 1000KG/1ha in the resting stage

Make the tissue dense by inducing robust cell division - Fertilization with GS-BIG 1000x during blooming time  

Make the cell membrane hard - Foliar spraying with POLYCAB 1000x + irrigation with CALSTAR GOLD 30L/1ha

 

6. Water core prevention – Occurs one month before harvest and spreads. Problem in storage occurs.

Supply calcium and potassium in a stable manner during the growing period - Soil application with NK CALMA 200KG/1ha + foliar spraying with POLYCAB 1000x during the 2nd enlargement stage

 

7. Coloring is not occurring properly, and sugar content is dropping.
